The entire hotel was clean and the room was quiet and updated. They offer free Wi-Fi and provide an iron in the room, which was great. The location is awesome, and they have free onsite parking.

I find the hotel upscale, clean, and the staff is courteous and polite. It has a marvelous and favorable location in the middle of Jackson. The breakfast is more than wonderful.

The king room I stayed in was freshly renovated. The hotel has a convenient location right in the middle of Jackson. It is situated next to Alsip/Chicago, with many restaurants, stores, and entertainment options nearby. The private bathroom in the room was a nice touch.

The hotel provided great value for the money, with firm and comfy beds, a quiet room, and the option to choose a floor at check-in. Booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. The location was convenient and easy, adjacent to Alsip/Chicago, close to restaurants, Chicago downtown, in an extremely comfortable area. Also, it was a 10-minute drive from In The Game Hollywood Park.
